Картошка с мясом с духовке

Давно не было рецептов. Поделюсь простым и очень подходящим для зимы – потому что солидный и, не побоюсь этого слова, нажористый, как и положено картошке с мясом. Делается не молниеносно, но достаточно быстро. Изначально я его опробовала у Юли, а потом чуть адаптировала под себя.

Нам понадобятся:

  • Картошка (количество зависит от количества порций)
  • Мясо (с количеством то же самое)
  • Лук
  • Корейская морковка (опционально)
  • Растительное масло
  • Специи

Приготовление

  • Картошку чистим и нарезаем на брусочки, как для жарки.
  • Мясо режем небольшими кусочками
  • Лук режем полукольцами
  • Выкладываем все на противень, сбрызгиваем растительным маслом, добавляем соль-перец-травки, перемешиваем
  • Выпекаем на 180-200 градусов минут 40-50

Самое долгое в этом процессе – нарезать картошку. Но при наличии сноровки и это делается достаточно быстро.

Количество грязной посуды:

  • Доска(и) для нарезания картошки, мяса и лука
  • Нож(и)
  • Противень

В морозный вечер очень хорошо идет такое.
